RUFF Rescue is licensed by the Colorado Department of Agriculture’s PACFA Division. PACFA (Pet Animal Care Facilities Act) requires shelters and rescues to provide standards of care ensuring the health and safety of pets. RUFF is focusing on going above and beyond the minimum care standards required by PACFA. As an all foster rescue our pets spend significantly more time acclimating to humans, playing, and receiving attention than many rescue animals that sit in cages at a store all day. We provide the best food, litter, and toys possible for all of our animals.
RUFF Rescue is a registered charity with the Colorado Secretary of State.
